DAY 1 – We meet at your company’s headquarters and during workshops we discuss and map processes (sales, marketing) to best understand the uniqueness of your organization. We not only listen but also advise you on how the processes in other companies work, together choosing the appropriate course of action for your organization. We share knowledge because we believe in the power of consultation. We talk about user profiles, process automation and reports that will allow you to summarize and develop processes.

DAY 2 – We analyze your requirements in detail, write them down and specify what you need, taking into account your and our experiences.

DAY 3 – We prepare a substantive document containing a detailed description of the system architecture and any non-standard solutions that go beyond the standard Salesforce configuration.

DAY 4 – We consult with you a document, which is the result of our joint workshop work. We are waiting for the approval of the document on your side.

DAY 5 – We define the composition and roles of the members of the project team on your and our side.
