The UCTC application allows you to conduct calls directly from Salesforce. All calls are automatically recorded in the CRM system in the form of activity and assigned to a contact or account.
The connection of the application to the Partner’s service is free of charge, the CTI provider does not bear the cost of using the application by its customers. The price per user per month is only EUR 25 with free access to 2 users. A White Label version is also available.
The customer installs the plug-in in 10 minutes and provides vendor access, adds the API key in Salesforce and presents the solution to employees. We provide full documentation to allow you to perform the configuration yourself, but our consultants are ready to provide support.
To connect UCTC to a CTI provider’s service, you need to provide a Websocket Address to the new channel, provide its Login and Password. In most cases, this is the end of the ingegration process, although we may be required to adapt our application to the protocols used by the vendor.
